Respectful to the produce and the seasons, our Cuisine at L’Oustalet is inspired by our Mediterranean culture. The concept of ‘natural’ is the basis to our cuisine and the importance of the richness of our ‘terroir’ is a strong belief for us. Growing our own vegetable garden was a essential step and helps us in our approach and heightens our values. We are sensitive to the winemakers work because in my eyes, wine is inseparable from food. This is the basis for our creation on the ‘food and wine match’ menu. A simple and precise Cuisine that creates the essential.
